Having trouble with Login.Gov?

On June 26, 2024, the USITC's Electronic Document Information System (EDIS) transitioned to using Login.gov, a new, more secure form of logging into EDIS which applies multi-factor authentication. Login.gov is an authentication service provided by the General Services Administration that is used by many Federal web applications.

  • Users who need assistance or may be experiencing challenges with this transition should visit the following webpage for a tutorial and other helpful information: Information on Using Login.gov on EDIS

  • As a temporary fallback, for a limited period of time until July 31, 2024, users with an EDIS account created prior to June 26, 2024, have the option to login to their EDIS account using their username and password via the link below.

Use Existing EDIS Password to Log In

  • This workaround does not support the capability to change your password or an option to retrieve your password if you have forgotten it.
